Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on tk000, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• You must register with true, complete, and accurate information.
• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.
• If your account security is compromised, you must notify the support team immediately.

tk000 reserves the right to refuse account registration for any reason. For identity verification, we may request valid identification, proof of address, and payment verification documents.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on tk000 are governed by the following rules:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum amount for any withdrawal is ৳800.
• Withdrawal Time: Successfully approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. tk000 may request additional information and documents to prevent suspicious transactions or money laundering. In such cases, the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at tk000 are subject to the following terms:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 or more will apply the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, making your total balance ৳22,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 total wagering must be completed.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or game categories — the detailed terms of each bonus apply.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• There may be a maximum win cap between bonus deposit and withdrawal — where applicable, this will be stated separately.
• tk000 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonus terms at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the account may be terminated immediately.

VIP Program & Cashback

The tk000 VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on your regular playing pattern and activity. Detailed terms for the cashback and benefits at each tier apply separately. tk000 reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program.

Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk000:

• Cheating, fraud, or exploiting any technical glitch.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial betting.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts or playing through a third party.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or network.
• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
• Registering an account with false information.

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, tk000 reserves the right to immediately terminate the account and forfeit all balances. No compensation will apply in such cases.

Technical Issues & Service Interruptions

• In the case of a technical error from a software or game provider.

Account Closure & Fund Returns

Any member may close their account at any time at their own request. In such cases:

• A withdrawal request may be made for the available balance in the account (excluding bonuses).
• The account will be fully closed only after all pending withdrawals and verification processes are complete.
• If the wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus amount will be considered void.

tk000 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons. In such situations, the decision to return funds will depend on the outcome of an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

tk000 is not liable for any losses in the following cases:

• Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from playing on the platform.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or breach of the Terms.
• Losses caused by a failure of a third-party service.
• If access to the platform is interrupted for unforeseen reasons.

tk000's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

Game content is the property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, etc.) and is protected under their own terms and conditions.

General Provisions of the Terms

• If any provision of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Any delay or waiver by tk000 in enforcing a term does not mean that term has been waived.
• The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the original document.
• These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the tk000 website.
